    Intermittent fasting, and water rendition???

    Sup bb, Iv been doing my intermittent fasting regimen for approximately two weeks now, and I'm noticing major water retention for no reason, Diet is in check, and when i say in check its in check. Im following the lean gains protocol 10 mg bcaas fasted training exedra. My only answer is perhaps cortisol elevating? Note: when I followed the same diet broken up to 6 meals a day, I never once encountered this issue. I may also state that my sleep has been horrid, thanks!

    So why not go back to what was working before that was not causing you to have water retention and sleep problems? (FYI: IF isn't magic)

    Even if overall cals are the same, are you eating far larger amount of food in each sitting than usual?

    Some people have issues with eating large meals and bloating. Personally on IF, once I start eating it's over I'm eating a lot, especially if I trained fasted as well.

    Yeah I am, perhaps I'm not used to the large quantities. Its usually 3 or 2 meals. I am definitely bloated afterwards, the satiety is nice, but bloating isn't perhaps ill do what worked in the beginning. I just like the convenience of if personally.

    Its all timing. Eating within a 6 hr window, you usually don't want to weigh yourself are tend to your physique until maybe around the later hours of your fasting....
    Sometimes directly after eating IF my weight fluctuates as much as 5 lbs all in a matter of a few hours.
