Soft not HARD Muscle Appearance
During my last cutting cycle, my muscles appeared SOFT instead of HARD and FULL as in the past.
What did I do incorrectly or need to add to keep them HARD and PUMP'D?

What did your training, diet, and supplementation look like? How quickly did you lose the weight?

could be due to reduced water intake. Water makes up 70% of muscle tissue and is responsible for them being hard and full..if you depleted water, that's why.

thats too much
Losing 35 lbs in 12 weeks is about 3 lbs per week, which had to be some muscle loss, and if there's anything else you used along with diet?
Natural or not can be a big difference as well?

Soft Muscles
Thanks for the advice and this year --- I am starting the diet at only 200 pounds (sucks in most cases) but I stayed way well on the diet over the winter -- Thanks again!

If you run your carbs too low for an extended period of time you lose muscle glycogen which would make them flat and appear soft. If this is the case its good to do a calculated refeed every so often to restore glycogen and prevent muscle loss.

It's quite possible that you did not get enough potassium.
