I was recently very overweight, working on an oyster boat. But i retained my strength if it hasent increased. Now im back in the gym doing the hughesFIT and cutting weight, i was 290 im down to 240. I was perscibed ******** yesterday and was wondering what advice some of you had on cutting down and increasing strength on ********.
