I ordered Whey protein 5lbs Delicious strawberry on October 2nd 2012 a week from today that will be 2 months since I placed my order. I emailed customer service 3 weeks ago and they replied back telling me It's at customs. The tracking information that I received after placing the order tells me its in New jersey. Has anyone else had this problem with shipping to Canada (GTA) Toronto? I can understand it taking a month but 2 months is pushing it and I have a feeling my package was lost and they're giving me some bs "its at customs" excuse. You'd expect fast shipping paying almost 30 dollars for it..ughh just annoying. If anyone can help me out it'd be much appreciated!

Go to Canada Post and punch that number in. It will tell you when it gets processed through customs.
There is a chance though that after 2 months its just ****ing lost, and BB.com needs to have better assurances on their customs processing times. Even if it isn't their fault, a week to go through customs is complete and utter bull****.

When was that hurricane?
Now it's christmas...
I've had packages apparently sit in the same spot for weeks, then have it show up without any updates on the electronic tracking...
Anything and everything seems to slow the mail down...esp. When you gotta ait for it to come to Canada...
Just gotta wait...
