Yes and no. I counted strict for nearly 2 years and now I ballpark while maintaining 4-5% all day everyday with no effort.
My mind can't comprehend why you don't eat meat. That's outright wrong and stupid to me. Are you stupid or something? Yeah I'm going with OP is just a stupid idiot.

Do I even Lift?
I log using MFP.. It literally takes around 20 secs to log each meal.. But I eat roughly the same 5-6 meals all the time so it may take others longer
