Since the beginning of this year, I've only put on about 7-8kg which is about 15.4-17.6lbs and currently hovering around 80.5kg (177lbs). Haven't put on a whole lot of bodyfat and haven't cut. Pretty poor effort for the year but hoping to fix that next year.
How have you guys been going with your weight gain & weight loss goals of 2012? Successful/unsuccessful? Better/worse than planned?

In January I was 120lbs, by September I was 154lbs, but I broke my elbow and dropped down to 141. Currently made it back to the 150's

I've gone form 180 lbs (81 kg)to 210 lbs (94.5 kg). Mostly muscle.
Bench-285 lbs -- 130 kg
Squat-335 lbs -- 152 kg
Deadlift-405 lbs -- 184 kg
OH Press-170 lbs -- 77 kg
End of year goal: 185 lbs, 10%

lost 5kg, gained 6kg, and now lost about 7kg. most of the lost was fat and most of the gain was muscle, think it went good!

165 in January (fat phuck) 130 in August (skinny as chit) current 160 (perfect balance) and still bulking.

Then cut to 190...then bulked to 220
Then recently I hit 230...

Bulked to 155 in March
Cut to 145 in May
Bulked to 155 July
Cut to 150 for August
Bulked to 167.5 end of October
Now cutting and I'm around 159.
