    How much weight have you gained/lost/both this year?

    Since the beginning of this year, I've only put on about 7-8kg which is about 15.4-17.6lbs and currently hovering around 80.5kg (177lbs). Haven't put on a whole lot of bodyfat and haven't cut. Pretty poor effort for the year but hoping to fix that next year.

    How have you guys been going with your weight gain & weight loss goals of 2012? Successful/unsuccessful? Better/worse than planned?

    Start of the year was sitting around 61kg now at 73kg. Going well i think.

    In January I was 120lbs, by September I was 154lbs, but I broke my elbow and dropped down to 141. Currently made it back to the 150's

    Bench-285 lbs -- 130 kg
    Squat-335 lbs -- 152 kg
    Deadlift-405 lbs -- 184 kg
    OH Press-170 lbs -- 77 kg

    End of year goal: 185 lbs, 10%

    lost 5kg, gained 6kg, and now lost about 7kg. most of the lost was fat and most of the gain was muscle, think it went good!
