Since the beginning of this year, I've only put on about 7-8kg which is about 15.4-17.6lbs and currently hovering around 80.5kg (177lbs). Haven't put on a whole lot of bodyfat and haven't cut. Pretty poor effort for the year but hoping to fix that next year.
How have you guys been going with your weight gain & weight loss goals of 2012? Successful/unsuccessful? Better/worse than planned?

In January I was 120lbs, by September I was 154lbs, but I broke my elbow and dropped down to 141. Currently made it back to the 150's
