Only maccas, coco pops and protein shakes? How is your progress im3simo ? I mean, no whole foods at all, is this still healthy and can you actually gain muscle with only protein coming from McDonalds and protein powder?

He got the amount of fiber that's generally recommended (30~ grams) and took a multivitamin. It's not really sure whether multivitamins can give people the same benefits you get from real food, but it's better than nothing.
