It's irrelevant if your deficit is the same size.

The thing is guys I need to lose a lot of fat in a very short time frame. because i'm going to the army and the selection is in the mid of january. I'm on Lipo 6 now and it is working for me. I dunno may be because im eating at that deficit i guess. Lost nearly 4.4 pounds in just a week. But im worried about my micros, i dunno if im covering all the micro needs. So i thought of taking an egg yolk and 2 tbsp. olive oil since i heard they have some essentials in it. any suggestions?

Good job on editing till the last minute to get prepared for a career. If you expect to make either the career or fat loss last, you need to prepare much better in the future.
Focus on caloric deficit above all else. Take a multi and eat healthy foods and vegetables to cover both macros and micros.Powerlifter convert. Follow on instagram Sharpie_bendingbarbells

1. Lipo6 isn't making you lose more fat than you would'dve been losing had you been at the same deficit and not taking it. However, it may be helping with appetite suppression and/or extra energy for cardio to help you sustain such a low daily caloric intake.
2. You're worried about "micros" and talking about yolks and olive oil (i.e fats). If you're worried about your daily micro needs, take a good Multi. If you're worried about your daily fat intake, well eat more fats (it's all speculation given than you haven't really talked about your daily macros).
3. As said above, unless allergic, a yolk never hurt anyone. Again, a diet with higher fat content (assuming deficit) helps with cutting as you stay satiated for longer periods of time. At your stats, at least 50-60g of fat per day is a good starting point.

Egg whites are practically useless. All the good stuff is in the yolks. Eat whole eggs and you will be fine. I just lost 25 lbs. easily over 3 months after going Primal (slight variation of the Paleo). It's a high fat, moderate protein, low carb lifestyle and it works like you wouldn't believe. I lost the weight eating over a dozen whole eggs a week. I eat meat, fish, chicken, bacon, veggies, nuts and seeds, and fruit (in moderation). No sugar or grains period but I do drink full fat milk and eat full fat yogurt. This approach is gaining popularity as the medical community is finally getting behind it with clinical studies showing that not only does it work but it gets your cholesterol and and triglycerides where they need to be better than a low fat diet would.
