I dont know his name. He just walked up to me one day when i was squatting and started giving me tips. Every time he sees me he always starts giving me tips then talks about his lifts (lol). I know what real squat depth is. I know how to add up the weight and the plates were real. The dude swears by westside and he told me that he has louie simmons number. All i really know about the guy is that he is a cop. Ive seen him do planks with 450lbs on his back for 15+ seconds. I havent seen him actually squat 875lbs, this is just what he told me. Do i believe him about all of this? idk but he is pretty damn strong.
and this is all in a commercial la fitness gym (100% srs)
maybe hes trying to rape me

1. Lol at doing a plank with 450lbs for 15+ secs being the definition of pretty damn strong.
2. If he does Westside, why would he lift at LA Fitness? Seems like he wouldn't have access to the proper equipment to follow the conjugate method.
3. Can LA Fitness equipment even handle 875 lbs? I would think their bars would start bending by then. And their sleeves wouldn't be long enough to fit enough 45 lbs plates to get to 875 lbs. You can get to 7 plates (675) with most bars and standard plates before you have to go to 100 lbs plates.
4. When you meet someone older than you, it is proper to introduce yourself by telling them your name and asking theirs in return. You should do that and then you would have his name.1372 @ 205

1. He walked up to me literally in the middle of my squat set and just started giving me tips. There was no time to introduce myself, but i have seen him more then once so i guess i could ask his name next time i see him. I have manners, i know whats proper, sorry i didnt shake his hand in the middle of squatting.
2. He never squatted 875lbs at la fitness. as i said in my last post "I havent seen him actually squat 875lbs, this is just what he told me."
3. About him lifting at la fitness, im wondering the same thing.
