Growing up I was always a chubby Asian kid, but it got pretty bad when I turned 15 or so. At my heaviest I was 240 pounds, that was when I realized that I had to change. That was when I started bodybuilding. Today I am 17 years old and 180 pounds! My friend urged me to post my transformation on here. I feel a lot better about myself and want to share my progress, hope you enjoy!

Very inspiring! How did your diet/ training look like?
I hated every minute of training, but I said, don't quit , suffer now and live the rest of your life like a champion - Muhammad Ali
Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen. - Michael Jordan
A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at. - Bruce Lee
Failure is not an option. Everyone has to succeed. - Arnold Schwarzenegger

Started by getting my diet in check and doing cardio and then went on from there to hitting the weights.
For back I do Pull-ups, various rows, deadlift, and lat pulldown. Chest is flat, incline, decline bench, and flies, shoulders is shoulder press, shrugs, and kettlebell. Simple stuff, nothing special.
Diet is just chicken broccoli and brown rice until I'm full. Training is 2 days push, 2 days pull, 1 day legs, and 2 light days(cardio and whatever body part needs the most work).100% 中国人
