stopped working out after bout a year so really it's been 2 and a half or so. I dont workout to bodybuild, mostly to maintain model physique

I understand where you wana look like a model physique however, you may want to take a bulk approach as bodybuilders do. Its hard to build muscle on no excess fat, which honestly seems the case when seeing your progress. Not gunna lie you look good but even for 2 and a half years training hard, I think you coulda got better results doing a bulk then cut. Overall good **** and keep it up my friend.

Hey man, you look awesome, no girl would complain.
But it seems as if you were doing bodyweight exercises only, and not much
of the compound lifts like the deadlift or squat.
I can see because your traps are lacking, I think if you brought those up a bit,
you'd look bigger and better.

There is progress but it took you 3.5 years too long.

What is your specific goal? (ex: I want to be 170lb 6% bf by July 2014)
If you want to put on more size or get more cut then you might want to change the way you do things.

You should list your workouts and nutrition so we could help achieve your goal faster
