Bless this guy's heart. He's first to post in every noob thread. Always offering help, usually posting the same thing and including the same links, but often times he even goes beyond by giving a detailed, original response to the question. He should have his own "Noob" sticky if he doesn't already.
I had to go back to my first post 2 1/2 years ago just to see who responded to it, sure enough there he was, ironwill2008...

He's always been one of few guys I take every single thing he says very seriously and try to learn from it.
Too funny though, I looked back at my very first thread asking about knee pain when squatting and there he was, the first response! http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=114145321

IW was the first person to really convince me to get my nutrition straight. I was one of those guys that would say....."I eat a good diet with plenty of protein....what supplements would you recommend?".
IW convinced me to log and track. I did this for a week and was shocked at how poorly I was meeting my needs.
He also turned me on to Alan Aragon and his writings.....what can I say about that?
I dont think I would be NEARLY as far along without his guidance and nudge in the right direction. In fact, I know I would have failed miserably!RAW lifts

Yeup. I started in the nutrition section here and that lead me to every other place on the interwebz. I tried just about every diet there is. Knowledge of nutrition and your body only comes from reading and trial and error. Every noob should just be pointed to the nutrition section and told to read and experiment, most importantly track everything they eat. If I only knew at 20 what I know now.

Nice post OP. In on this. I can honestly say that I don't think there is anyone I respect on here more then Ironwill, I'm getting a little tear in my eye just thinking about it. Seriously motivational, knowledgeable, zero bull$***, down to earth guy that I would have a drink with any time. Respect Bill.

Thanks for the comments, everyone; they're appreciated.
