Long story short, started working out 6 months ago, made good progress happy with everything but my legs.. They have always been skinny, and they have grown but my upperbody is growing at a rate that won't let my legs catch up.. Squat once every 4-5 days... Any tips.. Cheers. Sorry bout the pic lol.

Leg Press
One legged calf raises
Lying down calf raises
Quad extensions

That's one of the silliest things I've seen today. I only do squats now and I'm fine with my legs. Depends on your goals and the weight you're putting up. With just heavy a2g squats a couple days a week, you'll be surprised at how big and strong your legs can be. As long as you're eating right and using good form.

How many reps/sets do you do? How much are you lifting?
Leg Exercises: squats (front, back, zercher, anderson (which can be front or back)), rdl, sldl, good morning, glute ham raises, reverse hypers, hip thrusts, lunges, step ups.
Calves: standing, seated,You can't help the hopeless.
