ya i was going to do a full body because i want to gain more strength but you made crazy ass strength gains with the split
was reading thru thread sorry if i missed it but what did you do for the 2 years?
first 8 months was push/pull/push/pull. No legs since i had no power rack
1 year and 2months was bro split(do not recommend, made good progress, because i constantly progressed and ate above caloric maintence)
3months 5x5- too easy, dont' recommend
1month- my own routine.
