wow really impressive transformation
did you do the push/pull/legs routine for the whole 2 years?
Current bench : 175 lbs Goal: 185
Current Squat: 190 lbs Goal: 205
Current DL: 10 lbs

Nope. But i highly recommend doing push/pull/legs/off or repeat. its amazing srs

ya i was going to do a full body because i want to gain more strength but you made crazy ass strength gains with the split

first 8 months was push/pull/push/pull. No legs since i had no power rack
1 year and 2months was bro split(do not recommend, made good progress, because i constantly progressed and ate above caloric maintence)
3months 5x5- too easy, dont' recommend
push/pull/split- 3months
1month- my own routine.

Thx man. ya nope i am bulking. In my mind, i know it sounds weird, but i still do not think my physique is at its full potential. I am bulking for another year. Will bulk till next march.
Still going shirtless this summer i am rocking about 10-11 percent bodyfat right now. Abs are still very good.
But ya my goal is bulk for another year, till april 2014. Then get shredded as phuck.
I like my phsique, but i still think i can improve and get it more insane.
I mean in a normal large t-shirt i look insane lol. Insane vascularity.
And ya i am 19. I turn 20 june8. I did 510lbs for 4 reps last deadlift session which equals about a 580lb deadlift.
I am going to try to get 585lbs next session. If i do this, this will be a 6 plate deadlift. I really really want this before i turn 20 will be a huge accomplishment for me, really want it.
