    Wow, I'm still pretty new around here and will probably get 'negged' for this but It's pretty sad how many negative (clearly insecure or trolling) comments I've seen on this thread. You progress (prepubescent or not) is admirable dude!

    You'd swear it was a 'walk in the park' to bulk as clean as you have in 2.5 years. Progress is progress and yours is seriously impressive! Congrats man.

    you can't really say from that pic ... you really need a FDB/BDB to get a better idea, but I reckon that bicep/triceps definition starts coming in at 11% and forearm cuts about 10% so maybe 11% at a wild guess.
