hi, im new to this forum and looking for advice on my leg workout.
i train legs once a week.
rep range is 6-12.
1. squats warm up, then 4 sets
2. leg press, 4 sets
3. extensions, 2 sets
4. curls, 4 sets
5. knelling curls, 3 sets
i wold like to throw step ups in the routine after squats for 3 sets.
do you think thats too much?
