    College Football Workout Programs List

Here are some of the programs I could find online. Post anymore you have and I will edit them in. Keep in mind that programs are designed to diferent styles of football. Read through the programs and find out which one is for you or at least get some excercises that you can add to your current program. Most also include sections on speed, agility, nutrition, etc. that you can get ideas from.

    http://www.bluefield.edu/mediafiles/...r-strength.pdf - Bluefield College
    http://www.kilgore.edu/Football/Stre...tball2011b.pdf - Kilgore College
    http://www.moval.edu/athletics/footb...0coverpage.pdf - Missouri Valley College
    http://www.westminster.edu/athletics...mer_packet.pdf - Westminster College
    http://goldenbullsports.com/custompa...%20Program.pdf - John C. Smith University
    http://web.evangel.edu/Athletics/foo...erWorkouts.pdf - Evangel University
http://fastandfuriousfootball.com/wp...ing_Manual.pdf - Florida University *Before Muschamp
    http://fastandfuriousfootball.com/wp...h_Manual-1.pdf - Eureka College
    http://fastandfuriousfootball.com/wp...%20Program.pdf - Clemson University
    http://www.stack.com/images/magazine...0000009069.pdf - Stack's supposed Alabama University Workout
    http://www.pcsaints.com/documents/20...m_pgs_1-51.pdf - Presentation College
    http://gosoutheast.cstv.com/ot/redha...htlifting.html - Southeast Missouri
    http://www.huskers.com/pdf8/836632.pdf?DB_OEM_ID=100 - Nebraska University Sample
    http://www.principia.edu/collegeathl...kouts_2006.pdf - Principia College
http://www.ictritons.com/football/workout.asp - Iowa Central Community College
    http://trevormooney.wordpress.com/20...y-of-delaware/ - Deleware University
    http://athletics.saintjoe.edu/sports...?path=football - Saint Joesphs University

As I look through these I see some dont have their actual lifting program, just the guidelines and the conditioning/agility work. I will leave them up as those sections are still helpful to read through.

Dude, this thread was from four years ago. Go google them yourself.

Btw, most of these workouts are terrible unless you have a strong strength base and are a gifted athlete to begin with.

true. I was shocked myself that even D1 strength coaches lack srs knowledge often and are just gym rats with diploma.
