I recommend taking 2 weeks off all stims before trying the sample of White Flood.

I like the PROnom in about 4-6oz of almond milk or regular milk (but you should really mix to your preference)

I got my samples last week, came in so fast! I did not take 2 weeks of from my other pre (craze) and I just jumped right into taking WF, and WOW I felt like a complete beast in the gym! Needless to say I have ordered two tubs! Pretty excited!
