My 3 or 4 Month Progress

Hey guys, what do you think of my muscle gains for 3-4 months?

5-6 meals per day, at least 20G of protein each meal but mostly 25G. Cut out junk and that's it.

Looks like some decent progress but lighting is ****. Consistent lighting is key to being able to tell subtle differences in short-term progress shots...

I see progress but could you redo pics with more light and same position as before pic. Hard to compare one pose to another, but I can see some arm development hard to tell with anything else.
