So basically im suffering though some stubborn lower ab fat! i tried going into caloric deficit i lost tons of size inoo which is to be expected infact my upper abs were starting to "pop" but i still didn't lose of that lower ab belly fat. Overall im pretty lean but its just that lower ab fat which is killing it!

You can put pictures as attachments I think. But it doesn't really matter you just need to stay in a caloric deficit until it goes, generally it will be the last fat to go.

But you said you lost tons if size so you you have obviously lost fat in other areas, just persevere with your deficit, eventually it will go.

@matman But thats the thing dude i didnt have any fat other than my lower belly as you can see i lost muscle which again is pretty normal in a deficit with high cardio. So basically what your saying is i should stick to the deficit? any ideas how long before i rid of it? and any estimations on my BF%
