Currently I am doing the following
Day 1 - Shoulders and Triceps
Day 2 - Chest and Biceps
Day 3 - Back, Legs, and Abs
Day 4- Rest
I'm thinking of changing it to
Day 1 - Back, Legs, and Abs
Day 2 - Shoulders and Triceps
Day 3 - Chest and Biceps
Day 4 - Rest
I've also thought about having chest and triceps go together, and then have biceps and back go together. Your thoughts? Thanks

Monday - Squats - RDL-Calves
Tues- OHP, DB- row, Chins
Wed - rest
THurs - Deadlift, Barbell Row, Pull ups, biceps curlz
