    How to fix a Kyphotic spine(lordosis & lumbar curve)???????????????????

    I just talked to my doctor over the phone, and she said what i said right away, the spine curves innwords over my ease which makes my gut stick out and ease bigger!

    I'am desperate, i'l do anything to fix it. Please name some exercies or anything that can help DD

    I feek it has ruined my life beacuse all my training was for nothing, and i am at least 1' shorter than i would have been if i had a normal spine. I though on suicide, i felt that terrible.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

    Chiropractic medicine will help, not to mention other things as well that's out of alignment. And it is rare I recommend holistic medicine as I do not 100% agree with it. But Chiropractic medicine in regards to the spine and spinal alignment has proven benefits.

    I don't know if you're saying you have kyphosis or lordosis, or both. I had really bad kyphosis from years of constant computer use and not playing sports. I got a lot of improvement--almost fully corrected--by doing "traction" (using a foam wedge), while under the care of a chiropractor. I was willing to try the treatment because the doc had so many x-ray pictures of amazing recovery of scoliosis patients. I think I spent about $2k on that treatment, and it lasted for a year. I'm going to see another chiro for further treatment, once I can afford it. I don't think you should put much faith in any old exercises you find on a forum anywhere, unless there is a genuinely good reason to believe it will work--meaning, proof that it has already worked for someone else.
