UFC fighter and lockflow contributor Dennis "Superman" Hallman came home wednesday night with his sons to find his house had burned to the ground. The Hallman family lost everything they owned in the fire, and some of his friend have set up a way to give donations if you would like to help.

"Sad thanks giving for me and my family. My house burned down early this AM. Thank God no one was hurt and I have that to be thankful for. Something like this makes my recent direction change all the harder...the one person that could make me feel okay about everything is no longer here. When God wants you to have a fresh start sometimes he really wants to make his point clear.
I am soooo grateful for all of you, here are my kids sizes.
15 yo Ryley sizes: 30-32 jeans, adult medium shirt, sz 10.5 shoes
13 yo Richie size: 30-30 or 16 jeans, youth x-large or adult small shirt, sz 8.5 shoes
11 yo Jayden sizes: 10 jeans, 10-12 shirts, sz 2.5 shoes
3 yo Kylar Grace: 4T in everything, sz 10 shoes
