I run and swim a lot, close to 35-40 miles a week running. I only get a chance to lift hard maybe twice a week. I hit shoulders, chest, back, bicep, triceps, abs, and legs all in one day. My schedule is tight due to training at work but i actually work out without weights during our pt which is none stop. I pretty much work out all day.
I just updated my weight. I am 178 lbs!
