Wow that's great man!! I didn't lose all of the weight I wanted to but I am going to roll into the March-June thread and keep pushing. I've got another 17 pounds I want to lose

I'm not sure how I'm supposed to finish this, I have the flu and so does my baby, which means zero sleep, not tracking calories (probably under though) and lots of water retention.
I'll probably call it a day around 134-135...!

Hey sorry your not felling well, hope you both get well soon. I usually loose weight when I'm sick... Especially with flu find appetite just goes out the window and all I want to drink is apple juice

final weigh in at 226. It's a loss overall even though I didn't make my goal. looks like I'll be joining another cut group.

Dude sick pic!!!!! I read your comment and saw your updated photo and at first thought someone new was posting in this thread!! Congrats man!! I have a loooong way to go to get there but I plan on being as ripped as you soon!

I'm happy to report I have my hat trick ( Blood pressure down, hit my 140LBS, and 10%BF goals). My scan went better than I had hoped! Weighed in this morning at 137.5LBS, and 12.0% on my impedance scale. I was expecting to be close to 10% total BF as a target on my Dexa scan and I was shocked and floored when results came in at 6.7%! And too boot what I lost was almost entirely fat. If you look at results I've lost (after conversion grams-lbs) 19LBS of fat, while losing total 21.5 LBS. This is from Nov1-March1st. During this Dec1-Mar1st cut I lost 12.8LBS.

Thanks Scots40 on the comment. It is coloured and the lighting is really good in my gym change room, also right after a work out so 'pumped'. I wish I looked like that all the time .. Normally I look skinner like in shots above... Focusing now on adding lean muscle.
Congrats to everyone who finished and good luck on whatever your up to next. I'm done cutting after 13 months of it. No just want to try and figure out what my maintenance will be for a few weeks then start a really slow bulk... Don't want to reverse any of the hard work put in loosing my gut.
