This time of the year is usually the most difficult for cutting/losing weight... Everyone just over-ate on thanksgiving and now here comes all of the Christmas-time food. I need something to keep me on track, so here it is. If someone would like to manage this, PM me and hijack the thread... I will be able to keep track of it, but I do work a lot so if someone would be able to keep track of everyone better, be my guest. I'm just trying to get the ball rolling.
To start off, Post your height/weight currently and your goal in this thread to sign yourself up.
On SUNDAY DECEMBER 2ND, everyone will submit a PM to the posted transformation administrator (Currently me, until its posted otherwise.) with and updated weight and date, and continue to submit updates every Sunday until the competition is over.
I will build a spreadsheet that everyone will have access to. It will be updated every sunday and monday, so if you submit your weights on tuesday because you couldn't get them in on sunday or monday, you wont see your update on the spreadsheet until the following update.
RULES
1. All weights need to be in no later than 2 days after every Sunday.
2. Anyone who fails to report weight more than twice will be taken out of the competition.
3. No trolling/arguing in this thread... This is for motivation and assistance. We're all in this together.
4. Be helpful, keep broscience to a minimum.
5. Transform yourself to your goal.
Any questions/comments, PM me.

Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.
