Started at 265lbs on the 2nd of Dec. Down to 256 today. Its a start to my goal of 215lbs.

Im out of this contest because im going to be losing weight once every 5 weeks pretty much.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

I doubt this thread is going to take off. Dont rely on the OP to update anything. Just put it in your sigs your starting weight, and week to week weight
