PMed my weight in
Down 3.2 since last Sunday.
As of today I'm 265.4. (My goal for today was to below 266- success!) That's 9.2 down in 2 weeks. I'm positive I'm eating enough too (2300-2700 cals a day). Granted, most of this was probably water weight, but I'll take it.
I'm doing low/no carb until the 21st- I'm prepared for my weight to go up the week after simply because I'll be eating some carbs.
Goal for next sunday is 263 or below. One day at a time- changing my life.

pmed weight in
down a pound 154.0Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

I am hoping that the majority of my loss was fat... I already had my big water weight drop 5 weeks ago when I first started eating clean.

Thanks, The bad news is I go through a 5 year cycle of gaining and losing weight. The good news is I know what my body likes and how it will respond so that's huge.
This time around I can't do much lifting as my rotator cuffs are in bad shape so PT is the focus at this point. A shoulder specialist I visited said I have a really good shot at making a full recoveryI lifted a week ago and I couldn't sleep because my rotator cuffs hurt so bad. Lots of cardio and a balanced diet will be mu success this go around.
