Ahh well... My diet was absolutely horrid this week. Between Christmas and weddings I was just hoping to break even. Fortunately I came in at 376.8 this morning. It's only 2 lbs but I'll take it!

Man, I'm having a little trouble enjoying my trips to the gym at the moment. Discipline is keeping me consistent, but I'm having trouble with being excited about it. I'm having to backtrack alot of strength gains and I think that's killing my motivation and making my routine just seem stale and boring to me. I think a routine tweak might be coming for me. It's freezing out, but I foresee more outside training coming back into my life.
