    Kind of spun my wheels this week, but I made some good strength gains so I'm not too worried about it. I stuck to mostly protein sources to binge on over Christmas. Still 204.5 from last week.

    Weighed 202.8 this morning.

    I was a bit surprised, I thought I would have at best stayed the same after this week eating fairly well during Christmas. Losing a pound and a half was a nice surprise. I stayed away from the desserts though and mainly just ate a bunch of ham and broccoli casserole.

    Man, I'm having a little trouble enjoying my trips to the gym at the moment. Discipline is keeping me consistent, but I'm having trouble with being excited about it. I'm having to backtrack alot of strength gains and I think that's killing my motivation and making my routine just seem stale and boring to me. I think a routine tweak might be coming for me. It's freezing out, but I foresee more outside training coming back into my life.
