I think we got a good group here lets keep this going. Got a good mix of participants. PM if I missed or made an error but for regular updates post to thread and I'll pull them off there Mondays....
Had good medium all pro workout today, and yesterday did 1hr swim plus with my biking to/from work... Plan on a run tomorrow morning... Also I'm excited for heavy Day , Test day, week 5 of cycle 2 of all pro simple work out on Monday. Gonna kill it !

I will just make a sig with my weight changes, just looking for motivation and support.
I weighed in at 162.8lbs on Saturday and then went on a 2.5day meditation retreat (I work at a Buddhist school and our curriculum is integrated with the Buddhist philosophy) So wake up at 4:30am, last meal by 11am. Dropped .8lbs, so that was nice.ΰΈΰΈ§ΰΈ²ΰΈ’ΰΉΰΈΰΈ·ΰΈΰΈ >_<

Hey guys PM your goal weights if I didn't already grab from your post... Gonna add in tomorrow. Will default too 1/lb a week for ones I don't get.
Will add some more math and another chart or two... Bit of a stats/data junkie...

Hey guys and girls! Didn't realize the size of response. I added up to 100 but think there was still a few that were unfortunately didn't make the cut. Check the list and if your in we are good. I've altered the spreadsheet as well so that we can add updates and I just protected the main data/sheets from being altered but we can now update our weekly. I will move the protection along week by week as well. Lets see if this can work. Please PM if you need something else changed or you can still PM your updates if you need me to enter. I think with this group size updates via the thread would be too much...

I'm down 10lbs from 262 to 252 since 12/1. I'm thinking most is water weight so I'll give it one more week. If the loses don't level out I'll up my calories a couple hundred per day. I'm at about 2,200 to 2,300 with a couple days of 3,000 in there.
These are the times I'm thankful I know a lot about nutrition and have lost 60 lbs before the right way so the path is paved and all I have to do is follow it.
Looks like everyone else is doing well, keep up the good work and can't to see where we all are in March.
