I can tell you that I for sure have body dismorphic disorder when I'm trying to lose fat. It will eventually subside toward month two when you actually start making real progress towards your goals.

I have weighed myself everyday for past 8 months.. I find it helps adjust and keep me on track. I know and expect fluctuations but use the number to adjust what I do the following day and not concentrate on the past. And use 1 day/time a week as your record weight which you use to evaluate how you are progressing.
And yes I think everyone has body on bb.com has body dismorphic issues... too big, too small, too thin, too fat, never ending!

In late but I never join these comps anyway just post for support.
So I'm 156 from a high of 264. Goal is 140 before starting a clean bulk to 175.
My cutting routine is IF with HIIT x3 and 60 min LISS cardio two or three times a week on offdays.
I'd like to get to 152 by the end of the month ideally but it'll be closer to 153 i'm sure.:)
Im fat and overweight, what do I do? Lift heavy and eat well.
Im skinny and need to put muscle on, what do I do? Lift heavy and eat well.
I have loose skin, how do I get rid of it? Lift heavy and eat well.
My GF cheated on me, my worlds ending what do I do? Lift heavy and eat well.
My Daughters boyfriend is a gang member who is leading her astray, what do I do? Lift heavy and eat well.

Just weighed in at 148.6! Felling pretty good. Thinking I may take the week off weights but still stick to diet and cardio. Get some what of a break. Doing all pro simple workout and just finished 2nd cycle and will be out off office(where I do weights) so think good time for rest. In office tomorrow still so may still do heavy day then take rest of week and start cycle 3 next week.
Any way hope you are all staying strong with holiday's over next week. Lets see your numbers posted.

ALL - I would like to apologize for my absence. Thank you redcaesar for jumping in and taking over... A lot of personal stuff is going on with my life and it was definitely unforeseen.
I'm glad to see that most of y'all are still on track and able to keep going even though i fell off the face of the earth and there was a lot of confusion on here.
