The one by krete77 still has one month left (ends Jan1), but I'll join this one anyways because I don't wanna put up with any new years resolution people (Every new year, there's a burst of new people in my gym that dissapear by march, might be the same for weight loss comps :P)
I'll give in my real weight on the weekend, cos I'm still super bloated from thanksgiving and not drinking enough water to flush it out during the weekend. I'm probably 155lb right now, probably less, but I expect to be around 150-152 by saturday. Might even be less if I'm lucky.

Put me in, I've gained 10lbs, at about 164.2, I want to be in the high 140's/ low 150's
Hurt myself and been out of the gym.
I also moved back to Thailand in April, so tons of rice, and little to no nutritional info. Yesterday I started to try to use myfitnesspal here, as it was a great tool in the US when I lost 35lbs.
My latest problem is the doctors say my hips are a bit screwed, arthritis, bone spurs, and worn out cartilage... So I shouldn't run, jog, jump, train Muay Thai (not that ive had time with work), or ride a bike. So I am looking for cardio ideas other than swimming that I can do.
All the above are just speedbumps, not roadblocks to my goal.
