    Grandmother Nutrition

Hey guys I got maybe a difficult question but im hoping to get an idea or at least a point in the right direction.

2 months ago, long story short, my grandma was hit by a car shes 73years old. She suffered a concussion, broken pelvic bone, broken arm/hand, multiple fractures etc. She also has ostio. She is taking calcium pills to fight off the ostio, and since the broken bones she really needs it.

Fast forwarding to today, shes now home, and has healed tremendously. She is now walking again, with the walker. Pelvic bone, seems to have healed, but shes still experiencing pain in the arm and shoulder.

My question in terms of nutrition, What should she be consuming to help with recovery? Should I just calculate her Maintenance cal level, and give her the appropriate macros, should she be eating in a surplus for extra strength/energy? But will that affect her pelvic bone, in terms of possible weight gain?
    Also supps wise?
She currently takes, calcium, a multi, pain killers. Is there anything else that could help or aid her?

Thanks in advance, for any suggestions.

Wow really sorry to hear that man, hope she's doing alright now.

Besides getting sufficient macros and micros (which should be a requisite for every individual on the planet), I'd strongly suggest you take her to a specialist who can identify and rectify any specific ailments she is suffering from. I mean, most of the health gurus here probably won't have the specific knowledge you're looking for, sad to say.
