Yea man...We've put a lot of time in him. His therapy is very expensive, but we will scrap every dime we have to to get him the help he needs. We added 2 more sessions twice a week of therapy that is done here at the house so right now he has 1 on 1 at the school twice a week and 1 on 1 twice a week at our house (two 3 hour sessions and two 2 hour sessions). This runs us $1900 a month. Small price to pay for your own child. I have a funny one to share. Give me a sec.

You guys have to watch this one!!
So my wife took this video as she waited for Spencers session of therapy to begin. Listen to what he says @ 0.35. He was actually trying to say "4" but it came out totally wrong and sounded like something else . My wife said she almost died because one of the therapist peeked in a few seconds afterwards and another came in right after

sara is a good name.
did you and the wife?/girlfriend? keep the name a secret before she was born?
some friends of ours, when asked, would tell people the name of their unborn son (James). the collection of replys they received were kind of messed up:
james? I had an ex-bf named james. he cheated on me and broke my heart.
I have a cousin named james. he's a real dirt bag degenerate. in and out of jail, on drugs, blah, blah.
my boss' name is james. he's an *******.
hopefully, you didn't experience this!

Went to the dentist today for the first time in 17 years and I have gum disease, need all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled, some fillers, and some special operation that I need to see a specialist to deep clean my gums to stop the gum disease lol

that sounds brutal. do you have insurance?
I have a feeling the worst of it will be the wisdom teeth. being older (not a teenager), those teeth are in there solid by now. I had all four of mine pulled when I was 17. it sucked then.
what will they tackle first?
I guess I lucked out. my parents always forced me to go to the dentist 2x a year when I was younger.
when I was in my 20s, and wanting to get into sales, someone told me that a good sales person should never have bad breath. that has always stuck in my mind. so I visit the dentist 2x a year, brush 2x a day and (imo the most important) floss 2x a day.

Definitely will be flossing more, the dentist highly recommended it. I have insurance that will pay for some of it but looking at around 500 dollars for co pay for all the proceedures. I don't think I'm going to miss with the wisdom teeth. When I feel back there, there's no poSsible way they will be able to take them out, they are wedged between the back teeth in an awkward position
