Just a little less green lol.

Today is supposed to be a workout day, but looks like I'll have to skip. I've had shortness of breath and I'm a little light headed since yesterday so will cool out tonight. I use to have a lot of allergies as a kid and slightly asthmatic, but pretty much out grew most of it (too bad I didn't outgrow height wise ) but it is what it is. Can't be 100% healthy all of the time.

what typically triggers your asthma? my brother has it (thanks to mom smoking while pregnant with both of us). like you, he grew out of most of it. he might experience a flare up once a year now. when he was younger, he was on machines 2x a day, inhalers, pills. he's off all the meds now.

Just left my chemo..they sent my bloodwork to the labs to see if I still have leukemia.

Nervous as fukk..ready to get back in the gym if its gone.

Not sure. This is the first flare up in forever. I may have it once a year myself if that. Probably an upper respiratory infection or something. I can't be around smoke myself and haven't been so not sure what the deal is. Possibly the change in weather is all I can come up with lol.

So now I got to get packed, get there, and figure out a whole new place to work. Thankfully my house that has been on the market for 9 months now is realtively close to there. In typical fassion, I start work in less than 18 hours. I could really use a break in life sometime soon.

my gym really hasn't been too crazy this year so far, noticed a few new ppl but seems like much less than past years, kinda surprised really, it's good for us regulars not having too much crowd to deal with but hope doesn't mean gym is gonna be having business troubles :/

I've seen a slight increase in traffic. Maybe a 15% bump. My gym is a little more expensive than the 24hr fitness gym one mile away. That place is always packed. I've heard, since the new year, the place is stupid crowded. $70 per month is well worth it vs. dealing with 20 people fighting over an empty bench.
