welcome to the thread.
I don't have a pressure cooker, but the wife does use the crock pot quite a bit. roast, corned beef, pork all goes in for 8+ hrs and comes out heavenly. take the meat and put it on a bed of brown rice with a little broth, done.
the wife also uses a Römertopf (german clay pot) as well. I don't like it as much as the crock pot. it can make the food mushy imo.

At about 2500 I am barely maintaining strength, last summer I averaged less and lost strength.
I don't get into macros, I just try to eat high protein and carbs and sugars are workouts. Guess I just gotta get more dedicated and do the macro thing.
And yes I take a multi unless thats code for something else. Who doesn't take a multi? Flintstones chewables FTW.
I am chunky compared to where I was 10 years ago when I ate like complete ****, so it's frustrating even though I know it is part of aging. I used to look close to Josef eating like complete ****, BRB $20 worth of Taco Bell at 6am after drinking all night with a ripped stomach and muscle mass.... now I can eat really clean and watch cals, but can't seem to maintain decent muscle mass and get truly lean .... BRB, praying for my youth back.

How old are you Josef?

Morning Gents. Was going to post my food porn from this weekend, but I am not going to tempt anyone.
@Drukqs is a pressure cooker like a crockpot? If so I have a few recipes, some keto friendly ones as well.

I really need to invest in a crock pot... my buddy made pulled pork for Super Bowl and it was outrageously good. I like using my pressure cooker because A) I'm single and it dirties fewer dishes, and B) I throw all of the ingredients in, turn it on, work out in my basement, and have a fully-cooked meal when I'm done. Setting a crock pot before I leave for work would be just as easy, and I'd come home to a delicious meal.
A pressure cooker is kind of like a turbo crock pot... rather than all of the ingredients slow-cooking all day, the lid locks on creating a seal and all of the heat and steam create pressure that cooks the food much faster. I'm interested in the recipes though... I think I'm going to buy a crock pot very soon.

starting cut in a couple weeks. is it best to drop to maintenance and stay there for 1-2 weeks then slowly go into a deficit?

How's everyone doing? Long day today! Ate a bunch of junk and will probably continue with the trend for dinner.

Doing good here man.. first day back to work after a sick weekend in Ottawa with the gf and her family. My stomach was not peppered for all the pup grub and beer. I haven't eaten that bad in almost 2 years, but laaawd it was a good wknd.
We skated the Rideau Canal twice so about 30km, legs are almost as sore as they are after a good leg day... almost lolhttp://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=167930303 - Luzz's Log

much love, stern brah. my body is ready.
what happends when you clean bulk? do you lose shape? if you're consuming x amount of calories, and you lose strength and size, it's not enough calories.
what % of carbs do you consume? have you ever tried high/clean carbs? in my experience, low carbs kill me. I flatten out, lose strength, size, etc. I find that 50+% clean carbs work best for me. cutting and bulking.

never again am i doing that. last cut i spent a good three months doing low carb and feeling like crap. for the last month of my cut i switched back to my normal foods but ate less and i made better results. basically did IF + IIFYM and it worked out better than low carb.
oh and good morning everyone

I was just goofing about the multi... BB.com members used to joke that all you needed to achieve your goals was to "lift heavy and take a multi".
If you're not already, try using www.myfitnesspal.com to see how many cals you're consuming and how your macros breakdown... upping your cals and doing more cardio might help you maintain strength without gaining fat. Also, don't let your fat intake drop too low as saturated fats are necessary for hormone production... that means testosterone in males.
Here's an excerpt from a BB.com article that mentions sat fats and testosterone... there are better articles to be found via Google, but I don't think BB.com wants links to their competitors...
