    Lol at International Bench Day brahs. Normally Monday is my squat day, as well as Wednesday...and Friday. New programming has me only lifting T/W/Sa/Su so I don't even have to deal with chest brahs for now.

    felt the same way when i started taking it a few weeks back as well. first day back already did a few extra reps on bench. although, im not sure if i want to keep taking because of what ive read it can do with balding.

    I don't know how people actually feel/notice a difference with creatine. I've never noticed/felt/seen any change when on it or off it. But I know its the most researched supplement out there and has 0 negatives so I continue to take it and assume it is actually doing its job.

    I jynxed myself, had an awful chest day.

    2 pairs of couples were using the incline chest the machine I needed. 1 couple was using the incline bench for 30 mins having a long conversation between sets and the other was alternating between the flat bench and incline bench. Then my strength went down a lot since last week from being on a bulk. My strength will probably will go up by next week.

    Had physio saturday morning and tested my back for fractures and etc. The fractures have all healed finally and I can finally twist/turn and bend with absolutely no pain in my back at all!! I went into the gym after and crushed chest/bis after as a celebration. Feels reeeeal fukin good, in September I was told by a specialist that it might not ever heal and I would most likely have pain forever... well fuuuuk him!!
