We do it all here! I don't really think I have a favorite sauce or rub because there is such a variety of ways to go. I am a baby back and brisket kind of guy.

Most of my dieting for the past year has been high protein/low carb so I'm used to the high protein, just not sure I need that high and if I should increase fats while trying to put on 20ish pounds in 18 weeks. Not sure if it matters, but I planned on competing in 2014.

When I was bulking I was hitting nearly 350-400g of protein and 200-250g or carbs. Didn't ever count fat.

But I weigh quite a bit more than you. I always followed the 1.5g p/bw in relation to protein...

I have to get 300g minimum per day, or I just don't grow. Trial and error has proven that to be the best minimum number for me.
