When I was active in the company promo section I remember I was getting 2 lb protein tubs/shakers and preworkouts like every week but then stopped because of the hassle to enter

since we're on the topic of supplements, is it weird that i don't feel any effect of an EC stack while using 50mg E + 600mg C? i literally do not feel any increase in energy or appetite suppression while others say they feel like throwing up from taking half as much as what i'm taking, and i'm not even at 75mg E + 600mg C, the post-loading dosage.
feels like i've got immunity to supplements or something. was searching for a PWO a year back and everyone told me 1mr since it's the strongest; took more than you needed the first time and i didn't feel a thing lol. did this for a week, never felt anything. tried creatine, did not notice any change whatsoever. strength never went up, i never felt bloated, no acne, etc. energy drinks like monster? brb i'll drink three an hour before i go to bed and i won't be any less tired.

Any experience with carb cycling in here?
I think I respond well to low carbs but never done it properly (did really low carbs for a month straight when I didn't really lift, lost like 20lbs)-✘-

I carb cycled last spring and cut about 8% bf (20% - 12%) in a couple months. it's a three day cycle with your first day at low/zero carbs, second day medium carbs and third day high carbs. super easy, I repeated this with a cheat meal every 2 weeks and it worked really well for me

What's up nutrition experts? I weighed last night and came in at a staggering 162.5lbs. Early last month I was as low as 155lbs. Pants are still loose which is what I like. Usually means the weight is going in the right places.
