Hey all and happy late thanksgiving.
I got my BF done at the gym yesterday by the trainer. It was 19.5% - I have 162 lbs of hard mass and 39 lbs of body fat.
If I should include pictures let me know otherwise I have been cutting fat lately due to stupid "eat everything" advice I got resulting in a massive fat gain. I am a 17 year old male 201 lbs right now. My lifts are 185 bench, 310 deadlift, and 340 squat. I was told by the gyms dietitian to eat about 2800 calories and from that I lost a lot of fat. At this point I still think I have more fat to go (would like about 15%) to but I want to know, should I eat at "recomp" calories or keep doing cutting calories but maybe a little less of a deficit? Thanks in advance and have a good weekend.

I'd say cut for sure.

Thanks to the both of you. I will cut more then... now when exactly should I stop? When I reach 15% BF? And at that point, do I eat a surplus again or just eat maintenance?
As for cutting calories right now, as a 17 year old male that lifts heavy 4 days a week and does cardio 2 days a week, what should my BMR multiplier be? My completely regular base BMR as 'sedentary' is 2192.
