    weight loss advice for woman

Should I give a woman who doesnt lift the same fat loss advice as shown on these forums ie. running a daily deficit and counting macros?

Should they follow a similar plan to us even if they dont exercise? and would counting macros be neccessary?

    Thanks

It would be less important for her to get her protein daily, but that's not to suggest she can eat 1700 calories worth of marshmallows. Protein is still important whether we lift or not. Fat as well, should be a good proportion of your diet due to being important with a lot of functions in the body, especially women.

Besides that, running a deficit would be the way to go. Otherwise, she won't be losing much at all

    She should lift though.
    Currently cutting.

its always good to get a balance of protein/carbs/fat into your diet and as long as you are running a def you should be losing weight

diet is most important thing to consider when losing weight

however if a female wants curves she is gonna have to lift some weights, if she goes diet alone she is just going to become a smaller version of herself
