That was certainly a humbling experience
Less about weight...more about form. I think I like the difference in how it feels.

I like em both.
but nothing is quite as ... er challenging.. as a barbell deep squat.
Especially coming out of the hole and the damn bar tries to fold you in half.----------start -------------- current
