Hello guys and gals. I'm an instructor of a boot camp class in a small town in al. I've been doing this for 2 yrs now. I'm accustomed to clients of all ages with bf %'s of 20 to 30%. I just had a class to start and I picked up 10 new clients with 40 to 60%. They're keeping up with the regimes but are barely losing any weight. Ive help earlier clients customize eating habits and have had some outstanding results. This however seems to be over my head. I would love to help them. If anyone has any dieting tips please share them with me. Thanks.
