Inb4 we find out OP really doesn't play hockey, and is really a 40 year old fat guy who benches 5x5 with the bar.

In this case you are going to have to bump up the caloric intake a sizeable amount to compensate for the cardio.
1. find out BMR
2. Factor in calories burned due to physical activity (lifting+cardio)
3. Eat 500 more calories than that.
btw, not doing cardio doesn't equate to fat gain lol fat gain is all in the daily caloric intake. If you eat more than you burn, you will gain fat, if you eat less than you burn, you lose fat, pretty simple eh brah?

If you want to be a fat arse then by all means go eat a "shiz load"
See, the problem lies in the fact that your body can only synthesize a certain amount of muscle in a given time. If everything went perfectly, one could theoretically gain 23lb of lean body mass in a year. For most it will be less than that. So with this in mind, if you go out and reach 200lb in a month, expect your figure to be softer than before.
Look, why don't you explore some of the stickies and research a little. Clean up the language, stop acting like a tough guy, and learn!
