should i cut or bulk? I'm skinny fat i think not sure if I should lose some body-fat before doing a bulk if i was to cut is intermittent fasting with a 500 calorie deficit a good way to do it without losing too much muscle? any advice would be great.

Cut or bulk depends on your personal preference...but if i were you, i would cut 8-10 lbs then go on a clean bulk. Do not worry about lbm loss as long as you are eating high protein and not rushing into any rapid fat loss diet. Just hit your macros and you should be fine.
