I went IN today. Been dieting for 11 weeks, staying under 2000 cals everyday except for maybe 2 or 3 days the entire time. Today I said fukk it and stuffed myself with so much peach cobbler and sweet potatoe pie that its coming out of my ears. Even drunk 3-4 beers (haven't drunk beer in almost 2 years). I ponder I have eaten at least in the neighborhood of 4000 calories. Can't wait to weigh myself tomorrow so I can laugh at the damage. Back to business after tonight tho.

Similar story here. I've been on a cut the last ~3 months and I'm about ready to ease my calories back up into a bulk.
I usually don't have any cheat meals because I'm too worried about my progress. Buuuuuut i Said phuggit and went for it. After roughly counting it up I'm just shy of 4000 calories. Might be an early bulk. :/
Was awesome, though. Dat apple pie.

I'd say around 4,500kcal or so. I did go on a 5 mile run in the morning so that may have made me extra hungry, that's for sure haha desert didn't help either, but it was fu**ing good as hell!! Gotta love thanksgiving
Gonna have a good leg workout with kettlebells (haven't used them since before leaving for college so I'm pretty stoked!!) and gonna have me some leftovers but definitely not as much as what I had today haha glad I'm bulking right now!"The Will to Win means nothing without the Will to Prepare."

It's a holiday.. It's these times with your family you'll remember later in life.. Not the amount of cals you ate.. But I ate pretty sensibly as far as regular food... It's the desserts that got me..

Epic week of eats and drinks since last Friday. Coming off a 3 month long 1700 cal cut, I clocked in at +8 lbs on Wednesday night (after an hour long session of HIIT and 40 minutes of sauna) prior to Thanksgiving dinner. Probably packed on another 3 lbs tonight since I easily broke 12000 cals. Happens when you're 5'5 and have the appetite of a 6'6 Olympian. Not an ED post. I love the holidays

In for about 5-6k including the main meal and leftovers. I definitely grabbed some/a lot of all of the stuff I really enjoy and ended the night comfortably full and not rolling over in pain and agony. I look forward to a weekend of more good homemade and eating out eats then back to the program on Monday. The family and food celebration is great.

Made it a point not to count, nor will I weigh myself until Monday. I was way too worried about it, so I said phuck it. I really dont have any clue at all, other than my carbs were through the roof. Will keep carbs slightly under my normal for the day and call it even.
But oh god, the pain of stuffing myself so full. Honestly have no idea how it didnt come back up.
