How did this get resurrected?
And how do dudes get confused when the title is "ladies how much do you bench press?" They manage to type but not read. Sorry if this is rude, but wine is good.

I got to 154 lbs yesterday, and I kind of died there.

I've been pretty happy lately with 115lbs for 5 reps.

Last chest day i benched 115*3 reps 3 sets.. Im currently doing jim stopanis shortcut to size, week 4. According to him, ill be able to increase this significantly by wk 12.. Im not sure if its really gonna happen, it took me a while to get past 95lbs*5.. Ill update stats at the end of the 12 wk program (8wks from now)
