Whey protein is great for everyone! Easy, Convenient & Cheap if in bulk.
It is a very versatile product that provides Protein macros.
Your 16, suppose your doing any resistance training/ physical activities? By all means go ahead.
But on the other hand, if you are able to get more than enough protein from your daily meals ex: chicken, eggs etc... you might consider."EAT, LIFT, SLEEP, REPEAT"
CONSISTENCY with INTENSITY,
DISCIPLINE in ACTIONS,
PERSEVERANCE in GOALS,
DETERMINATION in ACHIEVEMENTS,
