How does this compare to the old nano vapor.....if its been redone I'd love o try this out. I quit taking to old version because it was upsetting my stomach too much....outside of that I had good workouts with. I hurt my shoulder last yr and have gained 60 lbs been lifting for abut a month now. Logging this product would give xtra motivation also!!!
