    Squat form check.

    I can't find a better angle for the camera, I hope this is ok.
    Started SS 6 weeks ago and got to 85kg x 5 squat and it's getting kinda heavy now,so i wanted
    my form checked before I start increasing the weight.
    I have poor flexibility in my hips shoulders and hamstrings,so a link to a good thread about flexibility
    would be much appreciated.

    I didn't think it was too bad, although the video quality was pretty poor. Just google for stretches or someone may chime in. What do you do to warm up?

    I usualy strech triceps and shoulders in the gym at the begining of a workout, but I never strech my legs
    For squat warm up I did 10 x empty barbell 5x40 5x50 5x60 1x70 1x80, 10 sec. rest just to load the weight.
    I need a good streching routine that I could do on my off days at home.

    You might be doing to much for warm ups. When I ran SS I just did barx5 50% my weight for 5, 80% for 3 and then 90%x1 when I started to get real heavy.

    What I also did and still do for stretches is to squat down and put my elbows inside my legs and push them apart to help open the hips up more.
